How do I return them? (Doubt?)

We would like our customers to be 100% Satisfied with their purchase.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept returns within 30 days, no quibble no fuss FOR FRAME ONLY.

Bespoke lenses that have been made correctly are not refundable

A few points to note

Products purchased under a promotion cannot be partially returned, the entire order must be returned.  Please ensure to package items well as we will not accept items returned in damaged condition.  This includes scratched lenses, bent or twisted frames and wear and tear. It is our recommendation that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the post. Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected



How long do I have to return the glasses?

You have 30 days to return your glasses from the date you received your glasses.

How long will the return process take? How do I know you’ve received the glasses?

Typically, 10 to 15 working days.  We will notify you via email when we have received them.

What info do I need to provide if I want to return an item?

The order number is required. This can be found in your My account, the delivery invoice, or the order confirmation email.

If I pay extra to have my glasses made quickly, will I get this fee refunded if I want to return my glasses?

If you have opted for express delivery for your glasses, this fee is non-refundable as these are costs incurred to fulfil orders quickly.  Aside from the express fee, refunds will be given in full provided items are returned in resalable condition, with all their contents within 30 days.
